Full Stack Engineer (Singapore)

About the role

RiDiK Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive Full Stack Engineer to join its Singapore team. You will work on high‑availability software systems that serve government agencies and commercial clients, using modern technologies and agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Partner with government agencies to design and build high‑quality software systems.
• Adopt and champion modern development tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing large‑scale, high‑availability software systems.
• Strong full‑stack development background with React.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.
