Full Stack Engineering Manager – G&A Solutions

About the role

Apple’s IS&T G&A Solutions Engineering team is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead the development of next‑generation user experiences for the company’s Recruiting Platform. You will guide a talented group of engineers, collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional partners, and deliver high‑quality, scalable web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full‑stack engineers to design, build, and maintain large‑scale web applications.
• Partner with product, project management, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
• Drive innovation, improve performance, and ensure a delightful user experience.
• Architect and implement RESTful services, micro‑services, and SOA components.
• Oversee code quality, testing, and continuous delivery practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience building complex, highly available web applications.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across distributed teams.
• Passion for delivering stable, high‑quality products.

Required skills

• Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit/TestNG.
• RESTful services and client‑side frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• TypeScript, latest ECMAScript standards, CSS3, Less/Sass.
• NoSQL databases and other data‑storage systems.
• Experience with micro‑services, SOA, web analytics, accessibility, and SEO techniques.
