Full Stack Software Engineer (Fixed‑Term, 1 year)

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer on a one‑year fixed‑term contract to support the Land Transport Authority’s COMPASS platform. You will work onsite with LTA teams in Singapore, contributing to the development of web‑based tools that enable data‑driven decisions for bus operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces for the COMPASS platform.
• Build backend services, APIs and micro‑services to handle data processing and business logic.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement reusable, maintainable software components and ensure code quality.
• Integrate internal and external systems through RESTful APIs.
• Apply frontend best practices such as accessibility, performance optimisation and responsive design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development, delivering both front‑end and back‑end features.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and support knowledge transfer.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
