Full-Time Floor Captain – Front of House

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full‑Time Floor Captain to join our front‑of‑house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the restaurant layout and menu to assist guests effectively.
• Prepare pre‑operation stations and side stations for a seamless service start.
• Greet, seat, and present menus to guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate orders, note special requirements, and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Serve food and beverages in the correct sequence and monitor guests’ needs.
• Clear plates, refill glasses, and take additional orders proactively.
• Close bills accurately using the POS system.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and any concerns with professionalism.
• Perform general housekeeping, stocktaking, and pantry organization as needed.
