About the role

Aon is seeking a Global Benefits Solution Consultant to design innovative, scalable benefits solutions for large multinational clients and lead technically complex implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative, scalable benefits solutions and own the most technically challenging accounts where configuration complexity, scale, or integrations demand senior‑level expertise.
• Partner with benefit managers at large multinational clients to design and implement a robust framework that underpins successful, repeatable implementations.
• Mentor internal colleagues, model best practices, and shape processes and playbooks that enable high‑quality support, including defining standard templates and clear documentation.
• Deliver training on new functionality and services to cross‑functional and Client Management teams so they can confidently position and support our solutions.
• Support System, Data, and Configuration teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution, guiding system updates and migrations into production.
• Provide domain expertise on benefit structures and system integration tasks, translating complex business needs into clear development requirements.
• Stay on top of regional and global market trends and partner with stakeholders to identify and shape new revenue opportunities.
• Communicate status, manage risks, and participate in client presentations, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment and strong delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of related experience in benefits, HR technology, consulting, or similar.
• Strong grasp of financial and business metrics and core risk management concepts.
• Experience with project‑based work, project lifecycle models, and Agile software delivery, especially within benefits platforms or HR technology environments.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, event flows, testing, and troubleshooting in complex systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
