About the role

We are looking for a Backend Development Engineer proficient in Golang and Java to join our technical team. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our core products, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of company products.
• Develop Golang/Java backend services, including API design, coding, and unit testing.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of existing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and resolve project issues.
• Stay updated with Golang/Java community trends and emerging technologies.
• Document technical details to aid team understanding and project tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer‑related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience developing with Golang and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with microservice architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with RPC mechanisms and message‑queue systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
