Group Financial Controller

About the role

Acclime is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, control and governance across its pan‑Asian operations. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will oversee consolidation, treasury, tax and strategic planning for a fast‑growing professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and produce consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group reporting standards.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls, accounting policies and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance and the Group’s transfer‑pricing framework, coordinating with external advisers.
• Direct treasury activities including cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity management and banking relationships, and drive working‑capital optimisation.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning cycles, providing analysis and insights to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Support M&A initiatives through financial due diligence, purchase accounting and post‑integration integration.
• Mentor and develop regional finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate finance within a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams and to partner with senior business leaders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced and acquisitive setting.
