Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360 is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach new brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you ownership over growth experiments across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on audiences, funnels, offers and creative assets.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels, tracking every metric.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Maintain a data‑driven mindset, reporting insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new channels or tools.
• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and insight‑driven action.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one growth channel such as paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled tools for research, copy, targeting or automation.
