Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to design, test and scale growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing ideas and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build and optimise landing pages and funnels, continuously monitoring conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about what works and why.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth tactics and tools.
• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and able to work without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into actions.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content or lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to use AI‑enabled tools for research, copy and automation.
