Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, leads and sign‑ups. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position lets you own the growth engine from strategy to execution while working closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, launching campaigns and delivering results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing ideas and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear stories about performance.
