Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach those brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own the growth engine and experiment rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, executing campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other acquisition tactics.
• Design and run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and continuously optimise conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all performance data, create clear narratives around what works and why, and inform future strategy.

• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern marketing automation tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to turn goals into actionable plans without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into actions.
