Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition and sign‑ups. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial role lets you own channels, experiment rapidly, and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategies across one or multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, etc.)
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building and managing acquisition funnels
• Design, run and analyse rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation
• Build and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities
• Track performance metrics and report data‑driven insights

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth tactics
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to work independently
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data and attribution

Required skills

• Experience with at least one growth channel (paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle or referral)
• Proficiency in using AI‑powered marketing tools for research, copy and automation
