Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive awareness, leads, and sign‑ups. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth experiments across multiple channels and help shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run, and iterate rapid experiments on audiences, funnels, copy and offers; scale successful tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copy generation, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data, and communicate clear insights about what works and why.

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth skills and tools.
• Strong hunger to become a top growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy, and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into actions.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one growth channel such as paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content marketing or lifecycle campaigns.
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled marketing tools for research, copywriting and automation.
