About the role

The Guest Experience Expert for the Executive Lounge plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, personalized stay for both external and internal guests. Working across multiple hotel departments, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate guest connections via email before arrival to tailor the stay experience.
• Welcome guests with a warm greeting, using their name whenever possible.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, questions, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide local area recommendations and promote property services, including social media engagement.
• Update guest preferences in the PMS and GXP platforms for future stays.
• Encourage non‑member guests to enroll in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous coverage and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, in English.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and brand standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) and GXP platform.
