Head of Operations – Singapore Market

About the role

We are hiring a P&L‑owning Head of Operations to lead our high‑growth coffee chain in Singapore. The role combines full accountability for the Singapore market with the development of scalable operational standards for our expanding international franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Singapore market P&L – drive revenue, margin and cost management, diagnose performance gaps and implement recovery plans.
• Lead sales and commercial growth through operational execution, pricing, promotions, product mix optimisation and local partnerships.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store network operations, build operational playbooks and develop a high‑performing local operations team.
• Allocate 20‑30% of time to support international franchise partners in India, Taiwan, the Philippines, Australia and new markets.
• Translate operating playbooks into practical tools for franchisees, ensure brand compliance and maintain strong unit economics across the network.

Required profile

• Senior operational or general management experience in QSR, F&B or multi‑site consumer businesses with full P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial and financial literacy – ability to analyse revenue, margin, EBITDA and cost lines and pull the right levers.
• Hands‑on, street‑smart leader with an ownership mindset, capable of coaching teams and acting quickly on data‑driven insights.
• Familiarity with international franchise systems, brand compliance and partner support.
• Ambition to progress from market leadership to broader regional or international operational roles.
