Healthcare Business Development Manager

About the role

We are a regional healthcare provider in Singapore seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand the utilisation of our Radiology Centre. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships that increase referrals for our full suite of diagnostic imaging services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with specialists, GPs, clinics, hospitals, corporate organisations and other healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of referral partners to drive sustainable growth in patient referrals and revenue.
• Promote our diagnostic imaging services (MRI, CT, X‑ray, Ultrasound, BMD, Mammography, General Radiography) and create initiatives to increase centre utilisation.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits with doctors, clinic owners and key decision‑makers to establish and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with radiologists, radiographers, operations and marketing teams to ensure a smooth referral and patient experience.
• Organise and participate in CME programmes, medical seminars, webinars and other doctor‑engagement activities.
• Represent the organisation at healthcare conferences, exhibitions and industry networking events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify gaps and opportunities within Singapore’s diagnostic imaging landscape.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented professional with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to understand the clinical and operational needs of referral partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
