Hemodialysis Nurse

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated Hemodialysis Nurse to join its dialysis centres. You will provide life‑sustaining treatments to patients with chronic kidney disease, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑, intra‑ and post‑dialysis clinical assessments and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Review blood test results and report abnormalities to the Medical Director.
• Educate patients on diet, fluid intake, medication, and blood pressure management.
• Motivate patients to adapt to chronic kidney disease management plans.
• Monitor the water treatment system and dialysis fluid quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is functional.
• Document accurate patient information in the Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) / EuClid Clinical Information system.
• Participate in quality‑improvement activities and incident reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in Singapore.

Required skills

• Hemodialysis treatment delivery.
• Use of Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) and EuClid Clinical Information system.
• Monitoring of water treatment systems for dialysis.
• Clinical patient assessment and documentation.
