High Net Worth Professional Development Lead

About the role

The High Net Worth Professional Development Lead will design, develop and deliver the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Programme. Reporting to the Group Head of HNW, the role shapes learning initiatives that enhance the capabilities of sales leaders serving high‑net‑worth clients across wealth management, trust, family office, insurance and private banking.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Programme to support professional growth of HNW sales leaders.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps in leadership and sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external academic or industry partners to design and deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Champion a growth mindset and embed a culture of continuous learning throughout the organisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders to secure commitment, define learning roadmaps and monitor programme effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies relevant to the HNW segment.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in sales training, professional coaching or luxury client segments.
• Proven experience in change management and delivering large‑scale learning projects.
• Strong understanding of high‑net‑worth client needs across wealth management, trust, family office, insurance and private banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work strategically while being hands‑on and agile.
