About the role
Recruit Express is seeking a Hospital Front Office Assistant for a one‑year contract at its Orchard location. The role provides front‑office support in a hospital setting, handling VVIP listings, patient admissions, enquiries and service recovery while maintaining confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily VVIP/VIP listings and distribute them to heads of department and senior management.
- Visit newly admitted patients, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Offer assistance, record feedback and manage service‑recovery for complaints.
- Coordinate and conduct maternity webinars.
- Escalate critical issues to the Senior Customer Relations Officer or Executive when needed.
- Handle general enquiries, queue filtering and billing matters.
- Perform bedside admission duties, including health declaration verification, data entry, payment advice and follow‑up with doctors or clinic staff.
- Undertake any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
