Housekeeping – Room Attendant

About the role

Join a world‑renowned luxury hotel brand as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering memorable experiences through immaculate rooms and public areas. You will work in Marina Bay, Singapore, ensuring every guest space meets the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, amenities stocked, and surfaces sanitized.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services with a courteous attitude.
• Stock housekeeping carts, manage linen inventory, and handle waste disposal responsibly.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies while upholding uniform and appearance standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to company policies.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of hotel safety and sanitation procedures.
