HR Generalist – Recruitment & Operations (9‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Generalist to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations across the APAC region. The role will ensure a smooth candidate experience and deliver high‑quality HR shared services for employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in‑person interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage interview logistics, including room bookings, video‑conferencing setup, and candidate travel arrangements.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.
• Screen résumés and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
• Advertise and manage job postings on job boards, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant listings.
• Oversee pre‑onboarding, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including background checks, medical screenings, contracts, exit surveys and documentation.
• Maintain and update HRIS data for Singapore, Malaysia, India and Vietnam.
• Provide first‑level HR support via ServiceNow for the APAC region.
• Compile and maintain the APAC HR KPI dashboard on a monthly basis.
• Perform other assigned HR tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi‑country setting.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Singaporean citizenship required.
