About the role

The HR Manager (Business Partner) acts as a strategic HR advisor to departmental stakeholders, supporting employee development and aligning people initiatives with business goals. You will provide guidance on a range of HR matters while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

Advise on HR topics such as deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management.
Guide employee career progression and development plans.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Handle retention strategies and employee exit processes.
Analyse workforce data to support planning and restructuring initiatives.

Required profile

At least 2 years of HR management experience preferred (candidates without experience may also apply).
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent working style with a proactive mindset.
Ability to analyse data and solve problems effectively.
