HR People Partner – R&D (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR People Partner to support TikTok's Engineering R&D teams in Singapore. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to design and execute people strategies that drive growth, innovation, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and turn HR data into actionable insights for continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
• Lead system enhancements and process changes to boost HR operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance on employee‑relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent resolutions aligned with policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee documentation for employee mobility and transfers, supporting smooth transitions across roles or locations.
• Support onboarding, coordinate exit interviews, and analyse feedback to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Administer performance‑management programs and partner with leaders to drive employee development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional HR initiatives, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in planning and delivering regional learning, management, and talent‑development programs for early‑career talent.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Operations professional, or Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, employee‑relations, performance‑management, and core HR processes.
