Human Resources Executive – Moxy Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to join the Moxy Singapore team. The role supports the leadership team in managing employee relations, recruitment compliance and day‑to‑day HR operations within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee‑relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local laws, company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR programs, policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate and administer annual employee surveys and other HR communications.
• Handle phone inquiries, record messages and provide professional front‑desk support.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to safety and security procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications for data entry and record keeping.
