Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations in Singapore and support regional HR functions across Malaysia, the Philippines and the United States. The role combines payroll oversight, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compliance and HR project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle payroll processing for Singapore and coordinate with external vendors for Malaysia, Philippines and US payroll.
• Lead regional recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll, headcount and manpower cost reports with Finance.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance renewals and claims.
• Handle government grants, statutory claims and training subsidies submissions.
• Draft, review and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, movements and off‑boarding.
• Partner with regional stakeholders and external vendors to deliver efficient HR services.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, system implementations and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• At least 10 years of hands‑on HR operations experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High integrity, accountability and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
