Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers and supports a vibrant company culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, performance reviews, promotions and exits.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviews and offer management.
• Oversee employment contracts, HR letters, employee records, leave, attendance, benefits and related documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with internal teams or external payroll providers.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave and other employee‑related matters.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, employee handbook, SOPs and internal processes.
• Handle employee relations, provide HR guidance to managers and staff, and support engagement and culture initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR data, headcount reports, organization charts and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and liaise with government agencies.
• Oversee general office administration, facilities, vendor relationships and logistics for onboarding/offboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with end‑to‑end HR ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination and employee relations.
