Infrastructure Engineer – On-Premises Support (L2)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer (Level 2) to provide technical support across our enterprise on‑premises environment. The role blends day‑to‑day operational duties with project work, allowing you to contribute to upgrades, migrations, deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux) across dev, test and production.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and hybrid identity synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
• Support PKI, digital certificates and endpoint management (software deployment, patching, asset tracking).
• Participate in infrastructure projects: system upgrades, migrations, de‑commissioning and go‑live readiness.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, build guides and operational procedures.
• Provide Level 2 incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and escalation as needed.
• Execute change management processes, keep configuration records up‑to‑date and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure support, systems administration or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS.
• Experience supporting hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Certificate Services or PKI.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and use of enterprise ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
