Inside Sales Manager – APAC

About the role

Figma is looking for a Manager of Inside Sales to lead a high‑performing team of Inside Sales Representatives across APAC. You will own the customer experience for inbound demand, renewals, expansions and complex accounts while driving predictable retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives, providing regular 1:1s and career development.
• Own team performance across retention and growth metrics such as NRR, GRR, expansion, churn and pipeline health.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews and deal inspections to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Use customer and business data to identify risks and growth opportunities, coaching the team to act early.
• Partner with regional Sales Managers, GTM leadership, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal and Finance on customer strategy and execution.
• Act as senior‑level sponsor for complex or high‑value opportunities and champion data hygiene and forecast predictability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management or renewals, with at least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Proven success developing mid‑level sellers to exceed retention and growth targets.
• Experience leading teams across multiple APAC markets or in a complex regional environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to build trust with Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM and related tools).
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as GRR, NRR and expansion rate.
