International Head of HR (FMCG)

About the role

Lead the HR strategy for a high‑growth, global fast‑moving consumer goods business. Reporting to a senior international business leader, you will align people initiatives with commercial priorities across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on organisational strategy, capability building and workforce planning.
• Lead organisation design, succession planning and talent management programmes.
• Drive transformation initiatives that improve business performance and organisational effectiveness.
• Support international expansion through market‑entry planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop leadership capability and nurture high‑potential talent pipelines.
• Champion a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, engagement and growth.
• Advise executive stakeholders on critical people and organisational decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in regional or global organisations.
• Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders in strategic and commercial environments.
• Strong experience in organisational transformation, business growth or scaling initiatives.
• Expertise in organisation design, workforce planning and succession management.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple markets.
• Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, operations, supply chain or other customer‑facing industries is a plus.
• Experience in fast‑growing, entrepreneurial or transformation‑led environments is highly regarded.
