Inventory Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Executive to manage ERP transactions and ensure the accuracy of our inventory records. You will work closely with Warehouse, Operations and Finance teams to reconcile stock movements and maintain data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate inventory‑related transactions in the ERP system, including GRNs, stock transfers, returns and adjustments.
• Create and maintain accurate item master data and review shipment documents before posting.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation, investigate variances, and support cycle counts and audits.
• Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports, monitor stock ageing and transaction exceptions.
• Review import, shipping and inventory documentation to ensure proper audit trails.
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements and assist with ERP system updates and testing.

Required profile

• GCE O’ Level or higher; supply‑chain or inventory‑management certification is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, ERP operations or logistics support.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
