Invest Operations Analyst

About the role

Trust, a digitally native bank in Singapore, is looking for an Invest Operations Analyst to join its Trust team. In this fast‑paced environment you will support the day‑to‑day operations of both managed and self‑directed investment products, ensuring operational, risk, compliance and governance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and fund withdrawals.
• Maintain books and records, perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Provide support for investment accounts, product and trade inquiries, and handle complaints in partnership with customer‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external vendors to uphold high standards of conduct, governance and operational excellence.
• Assist stakeholders in meeting regulatory requirements, including preparation of regulatory and financial reports.
• Keep process documentation up‑to‑date and drive continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
• Help develop training materials for new products and deliver training to the broader team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in an operations role or retail securities brokerage in Singapore.
• Strong judgement, critical thinking and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent prioritisation, decision‑making and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to interpret large volumes of information.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial instruments and asset classes such as mutual funds and equities.
• Understanding of brokerage and fund distribution operations, products and processes.
• Familiarity with operational regulatory requirements for CMSLs serving retail customers.
