IT Administrator (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Administrator to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our IT environment in Singapore. The role combines hands‑on technical support, infrastructure management and project assistance to provide reliable and secure IT services for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day service‑desk support, troubleshooting computers, laptops, networks, office applications, BYOD devices and door‑access systems.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network components and server‑room infrastructure, including equipment racks, UPS, FM200 fire‑suppression and air‑conditioning systems.
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle: acquisition, registration, tracking, maintenance, refresh planning and disposal coordination.
• Assist with local IT project implementation – coordination, testing, deployment, user support and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Support IT security controls to protect systems and data while ensuring compliance with company policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding activities, setting up devices, accounts and access for new hires and departing staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date operational documentation, including procedures, user guides and inventory records.
• Provide first‑level support for local ERP service requests and contribute to AI adoption initiatives through user enablement and training coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
