IT Executive – Club Systems Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to keep the Singapore Swimming Club’s technology running smoothly. You will provide both onsite and remote support, maintain our infrastructure, and help roll out new IT solutions for the club’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely onsite and remote IT support to end users across the Club.
• Set up, maintain, inventory and monitor hardware, software, networks and servers.
• Maintain routers, switches, UPS, IPT, wireless access points, PCs, multifunction printers, audiovisual equipment, LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi.
• Perform daily network security and firewall checks, with monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Assist in deployment and rollout of on‑premises and cloud systems in coordination with the IT team.
• Support servers, storage, virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware) and backup/disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint – user accounts, permissions, VPN access and OU management.
• Maintain email accounts and distribution lists in Microsoft 365 Exchange.
• Develop automation using Power Automate and scripting tools such as PowerShell and batch files.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and network issues, including installations, patches and upgrades.
• Create, update and maintain POS menus, terminals and related configurations.
• Document IT activities and maintain audit trails where required.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on systems and network management.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated in‑depth knowledge of system and network administration.
• Leadership or management experience is not required.
