About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop practical knowledge of core banking platforms, system integration, DevOps, API management and full‑stack development.
• Support technology projects through assignments across multiple technical teams and specialist functions.
• Contribute to the stable, secure and efficient operation of enterprise banking applications.
• Gain exposure to banking domains such as Trading, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Digital Channels and Compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field, graduated within the last 18 months.
• Strong interest in technology and financial services.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Basic programming experience in Java.
• Basic programming experience in Python.
• Basic programming experience in PL/SQL or similar languages.
