IT & Innovation Internship

About the role

This internship supports CASE’s technology, digital transformation and operational initiatives. You will work with a dynamic team to provide IT support, develop automation solutions, and assist with data analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and business systems, including user account administration.
• Assist in testing and deploying new applications, system enhancements and technology solutions.
• Support development and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and configure AI tools such as Copilot and chatbots.
• Participate in CRM and database improvement projects, conduct research on emerging technologies, and document business requirements.
• Collect, validate and analyse operational data, prepare dashboards and reports for management.
• Help coordinate project meetings, track action items, and produce presentations, user guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Available for a 6‑month internship.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and digital systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI technologies, programming or database systems is an advantage.
• Prior project, coursework or internship experience in technology‑related areas is beneficial.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
