IT Project Manager – SaaS Procurement Solutions

About the role

As an IT Project Manager you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS procurement technology projects for a consulting and technology services firm in Singapore. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet governance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and apply project management processes, define scope, allocate resources and set communication strategies.
• Track milestones, adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
• Assemble and lead cross‑functional project teams, conduct quality reviews and manage issue escalation.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule and risks.
• Create and monitor project budgets, ensure compliance with governance frameworks and support audit readiness.
• Oversee testing, evaluation and troubleshooting, defining testing strategies to guarantee quality delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in project management.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS procurement software.
• Experience working with business, infrastructure and risk management stakeholders; financial or banking background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent); security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and organisational abilities, with a detail‑oriented approach to compliance.
