IT Support Analyst – Singapore

About the role

You will provide deskside IT support for the Singapore office, working closely with the central IT Service Desk and wider IT teams to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests. The role ensures local systems, equipment and users are effectively supported while aligning with firm‑wide standards, processes and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve technical problems across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Install, configure, upgrade and de‑commission hardware and software on user machines.
• Maintain inventory, asset management and stock levels in partnership with Procurement.
• Provide support for applications, network, telephony, AV and data‑centre related issues.
• Use the CMS ticketing system to log, update and close incidents within SLA.
• Participate in projects, including non‑business hour deployments and office moves.
• Deliver IT induction training and mobile phone setup for new users.
• Escalate security or regulatory concerns to the Security Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience supporting Windows operating systems and hardware in a networked environment.
• Diploma, BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ability to learn new software applications and technologies quickly.
• Experience with service management tools and basic ITIL processes is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and willingness to coach junior staff.
