IT Support Engineer

About the role

Air Charter Service is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to maintain and enhance its global infrastructure. You will provide hands‑on technical assistance to employees and clients across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation of all IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual, email and face‑to‑face support for internal users.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory accounts.
• Manage the Starters / Movers / Leavers process.
• Perform backup administration, testing and documentation.
• Log, resolve or appropriately escalate tickets in the Helpdesk system.
• Document and update IT procedures.
• Assist with technology infrastructure and software projects.
• Conduct client meetings and system demonstrations.
• Provide remote support for clients worldwide.
• Install software, create desktop images, maintain inventory and monitoring.
• Configure and install physical and virtual servers.
• Administer Cisco switches and firewalls.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of technical experience; ideally 3 years in 2nd/3rd line support.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong time‑management and independent workload prioritisation.
