IT Support Technician

About the role
We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team. The role involves providing technical assistance to end‑users, maintaining hardware and software assets, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices and applications.
- Maintain and monitor network system security.
- Liaise with vendors for new IT purchases and implementation projects.
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor, including hardware upgrades and software updates.
Required profile
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and mobile applications.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
