Java Backend Software Engineer

About the role

Reolink is seeking a Java Backend Software Engineer to design, develop and optimise core system components for its intelligent visual technology solutions. The role involves full‑lifecycle development, high‑concurrency problem solving and collaboration with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor and optimise core backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Research and implement innovative solutions for high‑concurrency scenarios.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions focusing on scalability, high availability and fault tolerance.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams, share knowledge and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking principles, data structures and algorithms.
