Java Fullstack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering squad supporting banking and wealth management platforms. The role involves developing new features, ensuring code quality, and contributing to innovative initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop features as part of an Agile squad
• Ensure high code quality and follow best practices
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Support and configure CI/CD pipelines when required
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and contribute to Innovation Lab initiatives
• Support DevOps practices and drive continuous improvement
• Develop reusable web components for the Design System
• Maintain and enhance API frameworks and shared libraries (security, logging)
• Mentor overseas development teams
• Update development and quality guidelines

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot
• Minimum 3 years of web development experience
• Experience working with Angular in enterprise applications
