Junior Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Art Director to join our team in Singapore. You will shape mobile‑first visual content, turning trends and quirky ideas into compelling videos and graphics that capture audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce short‑form video and motion‑graphics for mobile platforms.
• Design static assets, illustrations and typographic layouts that align with brand guidelines.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, source fresh audio and visual cues, and deliver content quickly.
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers and senior designers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Maintain high‑quality standards, checking details such as kerning, colour balance and edit continuity.
• Manage deadlines and multiple projects efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Animation, Motion Graphics or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for what works on mobile screens.
• Passion for trends, video culture and experimental visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow.
