Junior Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Consultant to drive growth in the Singapore market for our ERP solutions. You will work on‑site, collaborating with our Vietnam development team and Japanese headquarters to deliver end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business leads independently and together with the Telemarketing team.
• Develop deep product knowledge of our ERP solution and deliver compelling demos to prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and tailored business proposals based on client requirements.
• Manage and track your sales pipeline, striving to meet or exceed annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Degree or higher qualification preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
• Minimum 2 years experience in ERP or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Highly driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
