Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this position you will ensure data accuracy, support recruitment processes, and help deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to start a career in HR operations within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and verify recruitment data quality in our ATS and related platforms, and generate regular reports.
• Support process adherence, flag deviations, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Assist with basic configuration and alignment of ATS and other recruitment tools to meet user needs.
• Design and implement initiatives that improve the candidate journey from outreach through onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align recruitment activities with business objectives and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in HR and talent acquisition.
