Key Account Manager – Growth & Expansion

About the role

Hubexo is looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to accelerate growth within its existing customer base in the construction software sector. You will focus on expanding product adoption, increasing annual contract value, and securing long‑term agreements with strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own upsell and cross‑sell revenue targets across a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities, including multi‑product adoption and premium data solutions.
• Increase Annual Contract Value through packaging, bundling, and tier upgrades.
• Convert contracts into multi‑year, upfront‑payment agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Care teams to maximise customer lifetime value.
• Develop and execute quarterly account plans, mapping stakeholders and buying committees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or commercial growth within a SaaS or technology‑enabled environment.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage multi‑year contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with upselling, cross‑selling and account expansion strategies.
• Familiarity with subscription‑based pricing models and contract negotiations.
