Key Account Manager – UCC

About the role

BD is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Urology Care (UCC) portfolio to drive sales and business development across public and private healthcare institutions. The role focuses on expanding product utilization, building strong relationships with clinicians and procurement teams, and supporting tender and contract activities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the acute urology portfolio within assigned accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct structured account planning, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with urologists, surgeons, nursing leaders, and procurement teams.
• Provide product education, in‑service training and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions while ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure fulfillment of agreed terms.
