Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Service

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation and service operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring food safety, and delivering high‑quality meals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes, including North Indian cuisine, while maintaining HACCP standards.
• Supervise a team to keep kitchen and service areas clean, manage inventory, control food costs and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday and themed menus in collaboration with senior staff.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement improvement suggestions.
• Maintain equipment, storage and work‑area sanitation, and oversee daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment, capable of shift work.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures and proper food handling.
• Ability to manage kitchen expenses, inventory and staffing within budget.
