Lead, Marketing Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a Lead, Marketing Campaigns to shape marketing and affordability strategies across our global brands (Foodora, Foodpanda, Yemeksepeti). The role will drive user growth, platform engagement and commercial impact by linking business goals with campaign strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate country‑level objectives into promotional strategies that boost Monthly Active Users, frequency and other KPIs across Food & Quick Commerce.
• Develop scalable regional campaign frameworks that balance consistency with local relevance.
• Partner with the marketing analytics team to set performance standards, monitor results and optimise campaigns using AI‑enabled reporting workflows.
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensure strategic alignment and manage a promotional vendor mix to maximise brand visibility and acquisition.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to design win‑win programmes and joint business plans that unlock shared growth.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, growth or generalist marketing within a fast‑paced tech, e‑commerce or consumer platform.
• Proven record of launching and scaling 360° projects with measurable ROI, MAU or GMV growth.
• Strong strategic mindset and problem‑solving ability, with capacity to extract insights from complex performance data.
• Interest or experience in integrating AI capabilities, smart automation and workflow optimisation.
• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional and cross‑country collaboration.
