Lead Outsystems Developer – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Outsystems Developer to join a technology company in Singapore on a 12‑month extendable contract. The role involves designing, building and delivering enterprise‑grade applications on the Outsystems low‑code platform while guiding a development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Outsystems applications, including reactive web and mobile solutions.
• Design application architectures, reusable components and integration patterns.
• Translate business requirements into secure, high‑quality technical solutions.
• Integrate applications with databases, REST/SOAP services and enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and security standards.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, stakeholders and business users.
• Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale Outsystems applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and follow development standards.

Required skills

• Outsystems platform – Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, Architecture Canvas.
• Outsystems Reactive Web and Mobile development.
• REST and SOAP integration.
• SQL and relational database knowledge.
• JavaScript, Git and Agile methodologies.
• Application security and enterprise development standards.
• Outsystems Professional, Expert or Technical certification.
• Cloud experience – Azure or AWS.
• CI/CD pipelines and micro‑services architecture.
