Learning Specialist – 2‑Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Alpha Anywhere is pioneering a 2‑Hour Learning model where children complete a full academic day in two focused hours and then explore creative projects. As a Learning Specialist you will work remotely, turning AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that help each learner achieve 90% mastery or higher.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise Academic Data Reports, conduct systematic reviews, detect anomalies and initiate corrections within 48 hours.
• Lead rapid‑response intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove blockers, clarify knowledge gaps and keep students motivated.
• Assess, deploy and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM solutions to improve learning methods.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching, training or instruction.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on support for K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group settings focused on learning habits, motivation or executive‑function routines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience combining data analysis with direct learner support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.
